The City of Salisbury invites proposals for the provision of project management/development advisory services for its Salisbury Community Hub project.

The City of Salisbury is proposing a major investment in new Council facilities into the Salisbury City Centre to deliver contemporary facilities for our community, Elected Members and staff through the delivery of a new community hub. The overall project is subject to Council approval  and funding and will not progress without the required funding.

The City of Salisbury is seeking to engage an experienced project management/development advisory firm with a South Australian presence to provide a Project Client Representative role, to support and protect Council's interests in the scoping, design and delivery of this major project.

The City of Salisbury will be providing a   briefing   to interested Respondents at 1pm Adelaide local time on Wednesday 22 June 2016. Registration by email to [email protected] is required, no later than 5pm Adelaide local time on Friday 17 June 2016.
