In order meet its operational requirements, the City of Burnside requires a Contractor to provide, either through direct employment or through the employment of suitable Sub-Contractors, the provision of a variety of building trade services including Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Masonry, Painting and General Building Services to enable Council to meet its unplanned and preventative maintenance requirements as well as minor upgrades, renewal and repairs to Council facilities including offices, halls, recreational buildings and facilities, depots and community service building up to a value of $10,000 per project.
