Description
Council is reviewing the method of providing its Community Wastewater Management Systems (CWMS) to achieve best value for money and community outcomes. Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations to operate and maintain OR purchase the Council's CWMS treatment facilities and networks, or some combination of the two. Alternate arrangements may also be proposed.
