Description
This request for tender is for the design and production of an automated sub-sampler to dispense accurate amounts of two different products into screw cap containers.
The instrument is to be customised to SARDI MDC strict specifications. Main features include:
- Ability to uncap/cap screw cap tubes/containers
- Ability to separately dispense specified amounts of two different products into a container by weight (2% accuracy)
- Ability to manage dust to ensure accurate weighing of each product and avoid cross contamination
- Computer control unit with ability to capture times and weight of product dispensed in each container
- Barcode reader(s) to check/record reference/data
High throughput (minimum 100 samples/hour)
