Renewal SA (RSA) on behalf of the South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT) is seeking to establish a Panel of Real Estate Agents to provide real estate services for the sale of vacant State Government residential properties, vacant land and to provide quotes for non-standard project sales.

The South Australian Housing Trust also has a number of retail/commercial properties that are currently leased to individuals and companies, which require ongoing management. In order to protect SAHT leasing interests, Renewal SA require the Real Estate Agent to undertake the management and leasing of these properties.

Tenderers are required to provide a fixed commission rate (percentage) for the following sale types:

• Open market sales
• Affordable Homes Program sales
• Vacant land; and
• Commercial properties

Tenderers are also required to provide commercial leasing and general marketing costs.
