The Barossa Regional Procurement Group, consisting of Town of Gawler, Mid Murray Council, Adelaide Plains Council, The Barossa Council and Light Regional Council (the Councils) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of air conditioning services and maintenance (the Services).  The Councils will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer for a term of two (2) years, with one right of renewal of three (3) years.

The Councils’ aim is to carry out scheduled air conditioning maintenance, repairs and emergency response in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Authorities, WHS Act and Regulations, the National Construction Code, Standards of Australia, Industry Codes of Practice and current legislation – as amended, relevant to the work contained in this contract.
