The Barossa Council (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Road Shoulder Widening & Sealing on Vine Vale Road and Stockwell Road. The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.
2.2 Council requires the services of a contractor to provide the Services in accordance with Council’s specification and DPTI Master Specifications.
2.3 The contract term for this tender is Project Specific related only to Road Shoulder Widening & Sealing (Services).
2.4 Council requires a location by location fixed price lump sum to perform the Services in accordance with the specification.
2.5 The contractor shall be responsible for the supply of all materials, supervision, labour and machinery necessary for the clearing, demolition, excavation, disposal, earthworks, construction, laying, compaction, finishing and cleaning up of individual sites and in accordance with Specification – Section D.
