A provider is sought to undertake operational aspects of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Complex Needs Intensive Outreach Navigator Project.
This project seeks to assertively engage people living with a disability who are identified as having complex needs, are difficult to engage and hard to find; and support them to access and engage with the NDIS.
