Renewal SA is proposing to undertake a large package demolition East Wing, Hone Wing & Cobalt Wing and remediation works to enable future redevelopment of the Old Royal Adelaide Hospital ORAH site. The purpose of this Request for Tender to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake the demolition and remediation works.
The Tender Specification will only be released to Tenderers following submission of a properly completed version of the Confidentiality Deed Poll.
