Council is seeking a consultant to design and prepare construction specifications for a placemaking project: the Kapunda Town Square, generally in accordance with an existing concept plan, having regard to the Council’s proposed procurement plan and works packages. The multidisciplinary services forming the Town Square Design shall include engineering survey, landscape design/architecture, civil & structural design.
