Description

Light Regional Council (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified Tenderers for the provision of surveying services (the Services). Council will establish a panel of surveyors to provide these Services.

Council undertakes a variety of works requiring the services of a panel of surveyors including, but not limited to, site identification, land divisions, land acquisitions and road processes. In addition to the above, Council has commenced a $15 Million Accelerated Infrastructure Upgrade Program, incorporating the upgrade of 72 roads in the Council area over the next two years. For this program, Council will require the services of a panel of surveyors to undertake a range of services including site identification surveys, detail and topographic surveys, civil construction surveys and design reviews.

Tenderers who previously tendered for Tender 15/2017 Surveying, which was terminated on 7 September 2017, who do not wish to make any changes to their Tender Response Schedules, may elect for Council to use their Tender Responses Schedules from the terminated tender for the purposes of this Tender 28/2017 Surveying Panel, by completing Schedule 1A. If Schedule 1A is completed, the Tenderer does not have to complete any further Schedules.

The Council will enter into a Panel Deed and Conditions of engagement with the successful Tenderers, commencing 9 October 2017 to 30 June 2020, with an option to extend for another two (2) years.
