Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Design and Project Management Services for Stage 1 of the Mount Barker Regional Sports Hub project (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.

The Mount Barker District Council (“Council”) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant team to finalise the site masterplan for Council approval, undertake design of the Mount Barker Regional Sports Hub, prepare 100% documentation for the construction of Stage 1, and provide contract administration during the construction and defects period for Stage 1 of the Regional Sports Hub.
