Description
Renewal SA on behalf of the South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT) requires the services of a Purchasing Agent to provide qualified and independent advice and assistance in the location and purchase of appropriate properties.
The properties are required to ensure an ongoing supply of housing and to maintain standards for South Australian Housing Trust rental housing.
Agents will be expected to source properties complying with specific briefs, as issued by the Principal's Representative. Successful tenderers will be required to comply with the South Australian Housing Trust Contractor Code of Conduct throughout the term of the contract.
