and Contracts website by the Local Government Association of South Australia.
The Council Owned Buildings Condition Audit is intended to identify and document the current condition of the Council’s building assets and develop a 15-year works and renewal program based upon a prioritised approach. The data collated through the Audit will also be used to revise the Council’s ‘Whole-of-Life’ buildings asset expenditure and annual Budget allocations.
