The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) is seeking, through this market sounding process, to understand industry perspectives on the procurement, contracting and delivery approach for the TQEH Stage 3 Redevelopment Project that best aligns with the key project objectives. Feedback from the market will be highly regarded by DPTI and considered in the development of the acquisition process, commercial framework and delivery approach for the project. This invitation is extended to all major disciplines across the design and construction industry – such as project management, engineering, architecture and building contractors.
