The Department of State Development strives to build and develop a high performing team with a culture of continuous improvement and as such, it is imperative that all recruitment activity aligns with this strategy.

The key deliverables for successful candidates will be:

• Print media and internet advertising

• Targeted research to identify appropriate executive candidates, nationally and internationally

• Screening and interviewing long list

• Conduct reference checking and due diligence

• Scheduling face to face interviews for short listed candidates with executive panel

• Assistance with package articulation

Successful vendors will be invited to enter a panel supplier arrangement for the provision of recruitment services for executive positions.
