Tenderers have two bidding options:

1. Supply and delivery of concrete using both standard mixer trucks and mini trucks; or

2. Supply and delivery of concrete using standard mixer trucks only.

A condition of tender is that option 1 is separable, that is a tenderer offering both standard mixer trucks and mini trucks may be awarded a contract for “standard only”, “mini only” or both “standard & mini”.

The Contract will be awarded on the basis of a single or dual source of supply arrangement.
