Description
The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters invites an open tender from Respondents for the construction of brick paved footpaths, at various locations throughout the Council, as per the program that has been developed for the 2018/2019 Capital Works Program.
The Contract shall be a Schedule of Unit Prices Contract.
The initial term of the contract shall be one (1) year from Contract Award, with an option for a further two (2), one (1) year extensions (i.e. 2019/2020 & 2020/2021). Rates for possible extensions to this contract shall be determined by the mutual agreement of the Superintendent and the Contractor, prior to an extension being granted.
