Council is seeking Tenders for the design and construction of a system that will efficiently and economically heat the large pool and toddler pool to 25°C from 1 November to 31 March each year, including pool blankets.  The heating system must be safe to operate and maintain and pool blankets must be safely deployed and retrieved by one person with low risk of manual handling issues and suitable storage for blankets when not in use.
