Adelaide Festival Centre Trust (AFCT) plans to engage an ICT services organisation to provide IT
infrastructure, cloud services and management services. The selected Supplier will partner with the
in-house ICT team to deliver high quality and cost-effective services aligned with AFCT strategic
objectives.

The AFCT's current IT infrastructure within the scope of this ITS includes:
• Cloud based servers, storage, networking and security supporting all AFCT business
applications (approximately 56 Microsoft Servers and 13 Linux Servers/network appliances)
• On premises infrastructure comprising HyperV with virtual Microsoft and Linux servers.
• Data backup and recovery environment including Microsoft Azure and onsite HyperV

The overall objective is to select a partner to work with the SAFCT in house team to provide cutting
edge and cost effective ICT infrastructure and management services aligned with AFCT business
objectives. Objectives include:
• improved infrastructure performance and end user experience
• improved customer service and responsiveness
• capacity and flexibility to cater for future needs
• improved value for money for both infrastructure and management services
• continuous improvement in security and data privacy protection
• efficient environmental design of IT systems
