The Highbury Landfill Authority (HLA) is a Local Government Regional Subsidiary that owns a closed landfill site of approximately 10 hectares at Highbury, SA. The HLA wishes to test the market to determine if there are any future uses of the Site which can be co-located and generate an income stream or capital payment (or both) to reduce or remove future liabilities in line with its environmental duty to manage the Site so as not to cause any environmental harm.

This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified respondents on the future uses of the Site that will be consistent with HLA’s environmental responsibility and compatible with planning for the area.

This REOI is comprised of four sections:

• Section A - Background and General Information to Registrants

• Section B - Conditions of Expression of Interest Process

• Section C - Information Memorandum

• Section D - Expression of Interest Return Schedule

Interested parties MUST:

• First submit the Registration Form and Deed of Confidentiality (in Attachments to Section C) by email to the Nominated person via

• Advise the Nominated person by email whether the Registrant intends to attend the Site Visit.
  THE LOCATION TO MEET FOR THE SITE VISIT HAS BEEN UPDATED AS BELOW AND REFLECTED IN SECTION 5.3.1 THE REOI DOCUMENT.

  Only eligible Registrants may attend the site briefing.

Eligible Registrants will be provided with the Supporting information package with documents as listed in this REOI.

Registrants wishing to Submit the EOI must complete the REOI Return Schedule in Section D and submit the EOI by the closing date at 4pm on 12 October 2018 by emailing the EOI Submission email address at [email protected]
