The Department for Industry and Skills (DIS) administers the Traineeship and Apprenticeship system in South Australia under the Training and Skills Development Act 2008. It is responsible for the registration of employers, approval and changes to training contract and dispute resolution and advice. DIS uses the Apprenticeship and Traineeship onLine Application System (ATLAS) to manage business requirements.

DIS is seeking an organisation to provide end-to-end support, maintenance, enhancement and development services for ATLAS for two years.

This will be a multi-stage procurement process and will consist of the following:

• Shortlisting

Stage 2 – ITS

• Discovery phase

• Draft proposal

• Competitive dialogue

• Final quote
