Description
The 18th of December 2019 marks the 125th anniversary of the passing of the Adult Suffrage Bill, giving women the right to vote in South Australia and to stand for Parliament.
The state government is offering grants of up to $5,000 to local councils and not-for profit organisations, to help groups across the state publically celebrate the anniversary and recognise the importance of this achievement throughout 2019.
