Description
GISA is seeking the services of a licensed builder for the supply and construction of three industrial sheds in metropolitan Adelaide for the receipt and temporary storage of household chemical and paints. There are currently three new facilities planned for commissioning by June 2019, with a fourth (existing facility with limited EPA license) to be subject to an internal fit-out to allow a wider range of materials to be stored.
The permanent household chemical and paint facilities to be established in 2018-19 (to be operational from 1 July 2019) are:
- Campbelltown Works Depot, 6 Newton Road, Campbelltown
- Solo Resource Recovery, 181 Morphett Road, North Plympton
- Adelaide Hills Regional Waste Management Authority, Heathfield Transfer Station, lot 2, 32 Scott Creek Road, Heathfield
A fourth facility (requiring an internal fit out only) is:
- Northern Adelaide Waste Management Authority, Bellchambers Road, Edinburgh North (existing facility)
