The State Procurement Board is keen to find out your experience tendering for government business, and to use this information to help government agencies to improve the way the State Government purchases goods and services.
It has developed the on line survey tool linked to this website for you to use at the end of your experience with the procurement process For example:
- After you have downloaded the tender documentation but decided not to submit a tender; or
- At the end of the process following tender debrief or contract execution (as applicable).
A link to the survey tool is also available on the State Procurement Board website.
The generic survey tool can be used for other tender processes that are advertised on the SA Tenders and Contracts website but are not subject to the State Procurement Board’s authority:
- DPTI has advised it wishes to receive feedback on construction procurements valued over $165,000, for which it holds responsibility; and
- Providing feedback on tenders managed by Local Government Authority Procurement.
You will be able to identify tenders conducted by agencies participating in this initiative as a link will be included on their tenders when they appear the website (as open, closed or awarded). That page also includes the tender title, reference code and issuing agency detail that is required in your survey response.
Your responses will be anonymous. The survey does not replace normal tender communication processes between you and the issuing agency (eg. nominated contact protocols for queries, clarification and complaints).
It is anticipated the supplier feedback survey data will be analysed at least twice a year and the initiative will be reviewed after the first 12 months of operation.
