Description
Under the Natural Resources Management Act 2004, inside (south of) the Dog Fence wild dogs are a declared pest.
The impact of wild dogs (dingoes and part dingoes) on South Australia’s livestock industries is an issue of significant concern as wild dogs are impacting on livestock sustainability.
There is a requirement for the provision of dedicated wild dog trapping services over a four year period. A panel of suitable trappers will be established to provide these services.
