The Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) invites companies or consortia (Registrants) to register interest in a multi-deck car park development opportunity on a parcel of State Government owned land (approximately 5,450sqm) on the AEC Site via one of the following project delivery options:
Option 1: Lease, Construct & Operate Multi-deck Car Park – Registrant to lease the parcel of land from AEC/State, design and construct the multi-deck car park at Registrant’s cost and operate the multi-deck car park at the Registrant’s commercial risk.
Option 2: Design & Construct Multi-deck Car Park – Registrant to design and construct multi-deck car park at the AEC’s cost, with the AEC to own and operate the multi-deck car park.
Option 3: Mixed-use Development – Registrant to design and construct a larger mixed-use development at the Registrant’s cost with the AEC to own and operate a minimum of 750 car park spaces within the mixed-use development at no cost to the AEC, with the Registrant to nominally lease and operate all other facets of the mixed-use development at the Registrant’s cost and commercial risk. Alternatively, the Registrant leases the parcel of land from AEC/State, designs, constructs and operates a multi-deck car park of not less than 750 car park spaces and other mixed-use development facets at the Registrant’s cost and commercial risk.
