Scope of work of this procurement is:

• Earthwork alterations to the Burton West Industrial Drain to enlarge its current temporary cross-section to a design properly configured to accommodate a 1-in-100 year flood event
• Suitable dumping of excavated material
• Extension of an adjacent vehicular access road
• Landscaping of design cross-section, including plantings, irrigation and the removal, temporary stockpiling and laying of existing topsoil
• Localised scour protection

Ancillary fencing of new drainage corridor and rehabilitation of some surrounding areas from previous temporary earthworks

Mandatory Requirements (Submission is disqualified from further assessment if requirement is not met)

• Legal entity with registered ABN
• Insurance cover in accordance with contract (if not held currently, the tenderer must be able to effect the amount(s) and type(s) of insurance required)
• Minimum national pre-qualification at R1, F1 level or similar
