Description
Central Adelaide Local Health Network (Central Adelaide) has developed and is implementing an integrated approach (locally named) Learning 4 Change, to support staff through the significant complex and high risk change associated with the Implementation of Commitment to Care – Our Change Journey and move to new RAH in 2016.
Leading 4 Change is a stream of Learning 4 Change, designed to support and develop middle level managers as change leaders.
The services of a suitable contractor are required to co-develop and deliver the content of workshops and masterclasses associated with the Leading 4 Change program.
