The South Australian Motor Sport Board (SAMSB) invites submissions for the manufacture, supply and sale of merchandise to the Principal, public and corporate patrons of the Clipsal 500 Adelaide and/or approved retailers at or in connection with the Clipsal 500 Adelaide in 2016, 2017 and 2018 in accordance with, and as more particularly specified in, the Merchandise Licence.

The SAMSB is looking for suppliers who have a proven track record of supply of merchandise goods and services for major outdoor events and who show a willingness to be innovative in their practices.

In providing the Merchandising Services the supplier will be required to manage and undertake the following:

• design and manufacture of a range of officially licensed and approved products suitable for sale in the both the general public and corporate retail markets including but not limited to; apparel, hats, stubby holders, key rings, bar mats, lanyards.
• the supply of official event staff uniforms
• development and implementation of suitable advertising and sales campaigns for licensed products;
• promotion of licensed products through a range of advertising and promotional channels; and
• distribution of product for retail, on-line and at event.
