Naracoorte Lucindale Council is seeking tenders for pre-design analysis of the Naracoorte Public Library.  Naracoorte is located in the Limestone Coast Region of South Australia.    Council recognised the need to understand the community's needs, demands and aspirations with respect to the library service offered in the district and what services the community believes a library needs to offer to service their needs now and over the next 20-30 years.  In the first half of 2015 consulation was undertaken.   The objective of the pre-design analysis is to determine how the community's desired immediate and future serivce levels can be translated into spatial requirements by undertaking a pre-design analysis of the current building and proposing options for a long term solution.
