Description
The Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations (or consortium) to provide a system to support DEWNR business processes associated with the sustainable management of water resources, water licensing and related activities in South Australia, referred to as the “Water Management Solution (WMS)”.
DEWNR is seeking a contemporary WMS that provides a seamless integrated approach to all aspects of water licensing, trading and associated activities, including:
- State Water Register;
- Customer Relationship Management;
- Business Process Management;
- Water Accounting;
- Customer Portal;
- Staff Portal;
- Reporting;
- Interfaces to internal (DEWNR) and external systems and data sources.
