Department for Communities and Social Inclusion is seeking to engage an organisation to undertake an external outcome based evaluation of the Community Services Support Program (CSSP) to better understand the overall contribution of the program to community−level outcomes, including relevant State Strategic Priorities, and the effectiveness of service strategies in achieving program outcomes.

An external evaluation is required to evaluate the CSSP program comprising the collective suite of 61 services (including all Metropolitan Adelaide and Regional services) currently funded under the program.

DCSI would expect the supplier to use a combination of survey and interview methods, with an outcomes based framework (such as Results Based Accountability™) as the basis for the evaluation.
