Description
Housing SA requires an organisational change management partner (“OCMP”) to train staff, facilitate and guide major organisational changes.
The concept of this procurement is to appoint an OCMP to provide services across a range of change projects within Housing SA for up to the next five years. The OCMP will become familiar with Housing SA as an organisation and leverage that knowledge for multiple engagements.
Individual business units in Housing SA may then engage the OCMP under a work order.
