The Environment Protection Authority (EPA)’s primary role is to administer and enforce the Environment Protection Act 1993 to ensure that the environment and human health is protected.

In recent years, the EPA, on behalf of the Government of South Australia has been undertaking environmental assessment works to determine the level of risk to human health posed by site contamination in areas where a liable party has either not been identified, or has ceased to exist.

These works have involved numerous stages of assessment works, and this tender is for additional stages of works at sites in Metropolitan Adelaide.
