Description
The Dog and Cat Management Board seeks a contractor to build and maintain a Dogs and Cats Online (DACO) database system for the management of dog registration data from 68 Councils in South Australia. DACO will also incorporate microchip numbers, dog control orders, dog incident records, assistance dog records and a new register of dog and cat breeders.
Once DACO is built, the contractor will operate the system, including sending renewal and reminder messages and issuing dog registration discs.
