Provision of ICT Professional Services

Council is seeking to engage Supplier(s) that have skills/capability in the following disciplines:

• Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Planning, providing the foundational architecture for all of Council’s systems (and Conceptual Solution Architecture), planning of program of works and the associated IT strategy/Business Case development.

• Digital and User Experience, encompassing user-centric efficient business processes, system visual design, user needs and personification to ensure that solutions delivered achieve the expected outcomes by maximising usability and ease of use.

• Customer Relationship Management, including customer strategies, streamlining of Customer interactions, Customer facing portals and Dynamics CRM solution development.
