Description
The Department of State Development (DSD) have a Corporate Grant Management System (GMS) to administer grants, subsidy, sponsorship and memorandum of administrative arrangement agreements.
The solution was developed in-house on the DSD Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The current GMS does not provide an end-to-end system for the management of agreements.`
DSD have recently undertaken a discovery of requirements to enhance the GMS to provide a solution that better meets the requirements of the department.
