The purpose of this document is for Unley City Council to define the organisational requirements for a replacement Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) and provisioning of unified communications hardware and software including the provision of services to install, configure and integrate with existing systems (the Goods) the Council will enter into a contract for the purchase of goods with the successful Tenderer.
