The Adelaide Festival Centre Trust recognises the need for improved Customer Relationship Management infrastructure. The organisation would like to improve its Data Management capability with the resulting outcome that we have increased capabilities in creating automated online sales journeys based on user behaviours, the we have increased capabilities in personalisation of our e-comms and web assets and that we have data insights that will assist us with improved database segmentation and better targeting of our marketing campaigns.
