The State has approved two new birth to year 12 Schools - each accommodating 1,500 students, 100 Special School students and a 75 place Children’s Centre (total 1,675 places). The announced locations for these Schools are:

• Northern School - Munno Para (northern Adelaide suburbs) region.
• Southern School - Sellicks/Aldinga (southern Adelaide suburbs) region.

The State is procuring the SA Schools PPP Project as a Public Private Partnership under the National PPP Guidelines. The State is seeking Expressions of Interest from the private sector in response to this Invitation to Expression of Interest with a view to selection of a short-list to respond to a Request for Proposal scheduled for release early in 2019.

The Project specifies Education requirements that must be met in respect of design, construction and Services delivery to be undertaken by Project Co. which are outlined in this Expression of Interest document and will be further detailed in the Request for Proposal release. The State seeks Expression of Interest Submissions from the private sector that support the delivery of the Project in accordance with the Project Objectives while offering enhanced value for money outcomes to the State.

Both Schools are programmed for delivery by end 2021, in time for the 2022 school year.

The State invites suitably qualified parties who can clearly demonstrate that they have the vision, capability, capacity and commitment to deliver the Project, to lodge an Expression of Interest.
