Description
The South Australian Housing Authority (SAHA) requires a personal computer (PC) provisioning service. SAHA seeks to engage a provider from which SAHA staff will order PC’s for delivery, ready for installation on-site with minimal set-up effort by SAHA staff. The provider will be required to: uplift all existing SAHA PC’s to Windows 10; establish procedures to enable PC installs and replacements to occur with minimal touch by SAHA staff; and establish procedures to enable SAHA staff to order and track PC deliveries via an online portal.
