Description

The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking a holistic approach to creating high quality customer service, and is seeking a suitable registrant to provide the following project deliverables:

  • A unique and corporate wide Customer Service Strategy
  • An organization Customer Service Charter
  • Detailed analysis of current internal and external customer groups, their expectations and feedback on current service delivery
  • An organization wide set of KPI’s and measurement principles
  • A corporate wide ‘way of doing business’ which is wholly customer focused
  • Delivery of internal training for all staff
  • Development of metrics
